ALL testing is appointment only. Please choose the "In Office option" when scheduling .
Mobile services are complimentary for all Lewisville customers. Customers outside of Lewisville may request an in-office appointment or opt for mobile services with a $35 travel fee.
Legal paternity testing is performed under strict chain of custody procedures and can be used as evidence in court. Non-legal paternity testing is for personal use only and does not follow chain of custody procedures.
Please note that if an appointment is not scheduled at least 24 hours in advance by Friday at 5 pm, it will automatically be considered a home visit for your service.
